Now I’m obviously bias and come at this very much from a marketing point.  So for me a business can use videos for promotional purposes such as viral campaigns, testimonials, product videos and the like.  However, Phil opened my eyes to all the other options of how videos can help organisations. Such as:

Think about your customers – how might they learn about your brand or product a little better via a video?
